Troubleshooting Tips for Your NCE Account

Account Trouble Shooting
In order to sign up for a class online, you must first create an account. If you are having trouble with your account, please see possible solutions below.
  • Already have an account, but forgot your username and/or password?
    If you already have an account but forgot your username or password, click on the "Forgot Username?" or "Forgot Password?" links on the account login page.

  • Are you being asked for a verification code that you haven't received?
If you're creating an account click on the "Create Account" button.  A verification code will be sent to the email you entered.  Open up a new tab to check you email. If you have not received a verification code, please check your spam folder.  If you still can't find it, it likely means that there was a typo in your email address.  Please restart the process and pay careful attention to the email address you provide.  Also, DO NOT leave our website while waiting for the verification code.   If you leave the website before using this code, the code will deactivate and cannot be used to create a new account. In that case, request a new code to start the process again.

How to Use an OnAccount Credit when paying online

  • Do you believe that you have a Credit OnAccount that you would like to use, but can't remember the amount or don't know how to apply it?

If you are signed into your account, once you add a class to your cart, the system will inform you of your available OnAccount credit.

Click the Recalculate button on the bottom of the page and you will see the OnAccount credit applied to your balance.
